As a daughter of a farmer, Caroline's calling has always been to see that local farmers benefit from their labor. "I was drawn to PFS because of its ability to empower small and medium-sized enterprises. By helping them strengthen their businesses, we're improving the whole food value chain and supporting local farmers. This then has the greater impact of bringing hope and satisfaction to the local communities in which we work," said Caroline. Caroline has 15+ years of experience working in the food industry as an agricultural engineer and has expertise in food safety management systems and auditing. Caroline's experience will enhance her role as a Program Manager for our clients in Côte d'Ivoire. Outside of PFS, Caroline enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing tennis and golf, and taking part in charity work.
