Ken Powell is the former chairman and chief executive officer of General Mills, where he served in a variety of positions since 1979. He serves on the board of directors for Medtronic, the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, and is vice chair of the University of Minnesota's Board of Regents. Powell received a bachelor of arts degree in biology from Harvard and an MBA from Stanford University.
