Sean Skinker is a quality assurance manager for DSM and has worked with Gabson in Tanzania. Gabson started milling operations in 2003 with a dehulled machine and hammer mill. The company operates a maize milling business that processes maize into two main products: maize flour (for human consumption) and maize bran (for animal feed.) 

 

Partners in Food Solutions has collaborated with Gabson on five projects since 2015: quality improvements, milling and fortification technology, training on food safety and quality, sourcing and logistics, and sales strategy planning.
